What is your turn around time?

We strive to process the full panel analysis in 5-7 business days.  Potency and terpene testing are currently being done all days of the week.  The earlier in the week you bring your samples, the faster you will receive results as certain tests require several days to process fully.  

How much does testing cost?

Please contact a member of our team regarding pricing.  Rush analysis for potency is available but discouraged as it will incur a 100% upcharge. 

How much sample is required for testing?

If you are looking for Potency only, we require 1 gram of flower, 0.1 g of concentrate or 2 grams of edible. 
Full panel analysis for all materials requires at least 10 grams; 5 grams are reserved for the state laboratory.

What are your business hours?

We are open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. 

Do my flowers need to be cured or can they be fresh?

Cured samples only.  If they are fresh or frozen, there is a high chance for failure on Water Activity and Percent Moisture.

I'm a first-time customer. What do I need to bring with me to set up an account?

We require a current OMMA grower or processor license along with your current OBNDD license.  We also need to see your current OMMA Transporter Agent Card for anyone transporting your samples.  We will make copies which will be attached to your account for further reference.  This is for everyone's protection especially when relinquishing processed samples back to you.

I'm a medical marijuana patient.  Do you test samples for individuals as well?

Yes. We require that you bring your Patient Identification Card and driver's license the first time you bring samples. 

I signed up for an online account.  Why am I not able to log in?

Each online account is manually reviewed by a member of our staff to ensure safety of your data.  This can take up 48 hours depending on what time we received your request.

I have a farm and would like my soil and water tested as well.  Do you do that?

We have been an environmental testing laboratory for 20+ years.  GCT is TNI accredited by the NELAC Institute as well as the OKDEQ.

Can I get my potency results in mg per my own measurement?

If you would like the Potency measurements of tinctures or oils in mg rather than in wt%, we can do so if you let us know how much the dose weighs in grams. For example, if your serving size is 1 teaspoon, the we would need to know how much one teaspoon of your material physically weighs in grams.
